Job Description

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success through strategic HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation. You will partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in the market.

  • Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives that drive business performance and culture enhancement.
  • Lead and facilitate talent management processes, including succession planning, talent identification, and leadership development programs.
  • Guide and support leaders in managing employee performance, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related policies, labor laws, and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws.

You will also be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR metrics to inform decision-making and track HR initiatives' impact on business performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role or a similar capacity.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
