Job Overview

This role focuses on providing exceptional HR support across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Execution: Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record management.
  • Employee Support: Act as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve escalated issues, ensuring prompt communication of outcomes.
  • Payroll Collaboration: Partner with payroll teams to deliver high-quality information and reports.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile routine management information reports, catering to ad-hoc reporting needs.
  • Audit Support: Provide essential documentation to facilitate smooth audit processes.
  • Task Management: Deliver tasks within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while managing smaller HR projects.
  • Process Standardization: Foster consistency in HR processes globally, minimizing variations.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Proven HR Operations experience in an international shared services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • International HR Operations experience is beneficial.
  • Multitasking ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude with emphasis on confidentiality handling.
  • Track record of delivering excellent employee service.
