**Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly in senior leadership roles. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for leadership positions globally, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition and alignment with our organization's goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

Leadership:

  • Lead the hiring process for senior leadership positions, leveraging your expertise in headhunting, market mapping, and data-driven insights to identify top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

Functional:

  • Manage job advertisements on relevant portals and ensure timely processing of vendor payouts.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential candidates for key positions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Career Portal, ensuring smooth operations and optimal use of the system.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional recruitment teams to ensure consistency in processes and alignment with organizational goals.

Interaction:

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with external recruitment vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) in respective geographies to understand their recruitment needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.

**Requirements:**

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters or Equivalent in Human Resource Management.

Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on senior leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to headhunt, conduct market mapping, and convert prospective candidates into quality hires.
  • Experience in ATS management and collaboration with tech teams to enhance system efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹40-60 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Location:** Mumbai (Malad or Borivali) / Noida.
