Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.">
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.">
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.">
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize our recruitment processes.">
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing employees, improving overall productivity and performance.">
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.">
  • Work closely with the management team to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving strategic growth and development.">
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with recruitment and talent management, taking proactive measures to protect the organization's interests.">
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management, applying innovative solutions to improve our processes and outcomes.">
  • Develop and manage budgets for recruitment-related expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal ROI.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.">
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or a related field.">
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) principles.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.">
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).">
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their application in recruitment marketing.">
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.">
