Job Title: Senior Client Relationship Manager

At our agency, we're on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join our client servicing team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our clients and creative teams to deliver effective advertising solutions that meet their business goals.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs.
  • Brief internal teams clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end to ensure timely delivery.
  • Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.
  • Manage budgets and approvals to ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Social media handling - preferred as an additional qualification.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling.
