We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow our B2B partnerships The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing institutional partners colleges universities coaching centers and agents developing new client networks and promoting our consultancy services The ideal candidate should be skilled in client servicing business development and cross-selling with a strong understanding of the foreign education sector Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing institutional clients Act as the primary point of contact for client queries ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction levels Conduct regular follow-ups reviews and meetings to strengthen partnerships Business Development New Client Acquisition Identify and approach new B2B clients including schools colleges and partner agencies Develop proposals and presentations to onboard new clients Expand the consultancy s network in domestic and international education markets Cross-Selling Service Promotion Promote additional services such as test preparation visa assistance career counseling and student onboarding solutions to existing clients Create opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell consultancy offerings Support marketing campaigns by introducing new products and services to B2B partners Operational Strategic Support Collaborate with internal teams counseling marketing admissions to ensure smooth delivery of services to B2B clients Monitor client performance metrics and prepare regular business reports Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and market expansion plans Networking Brand Representation Represent the consultancy at education fairs seminars and networking events Build professional networks within the education sector to enhance brand visibility Stay updated with global education trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Business Marketing or related field 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management business development or B2B operations preferably in education consulting Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple clients and meet business targets Knowledge of foreign education systems and student mobility trends is an added advantage Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and business reporting Key Attributes Client-focused and relationship-driven Target-oriented with a proactive approach Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9824052328
