About the Role

At our agency, we're on a mission to deliver exceptional client experiences. We're looking for someone who can effectively manage and nurture client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating client briefs into actionable items and handling client engagements with ease. They'll also be responsible for articulating brand requirements and communicating these to internal teams.

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have good time management and organizational skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client briefs into specific actionable items
  • Handle client engagements with the client team
  • Articulate brand requirements and communicate these to internal teams
  • Manage operational job requirements
  • Minute meetings clearly
  • Follow up with internal teams for job delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or Client Service Representative
  • Prior experience working in an agency
  • Experience working with BFSI/Fintech clients (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deadline-driven and highly motivated
  • Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
