Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Influencer Executive to support our influencer initiatives across platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering new talent, coordinating collaborations, managing outreach, and tracking performance.

  • Research and identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values.
  • Reach out to influencers, pitch collaboration ideas, and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases regularly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Coordinating sample dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
  • Sharing creative briefs and ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

Additional tasks include:

  • Tracking influencer posts and compiling content for internal use.
  • Monitoring engagement and compiling performance reports.
  • Assisting in User-Generated Content collection and content approvals.

Relationship management is key, requiring:

  • Helping build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Ensuring timely communication and managing negotiation within set parameters.

Collaboration with social media and performance marketing teams is essential, as well as supporting influencer gifting and event campaigns when applicable.

Qualifications include:

  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related fields.
  • Passion for content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous work in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
