Job Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Executive to join our team in Pune. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation, with a strong understanding of the finance, wealth management, and insurance industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and establish contact with mutual fund distributors, income tax professionals, and chartered accountants.
  • Provide them with information about Tata AIA and AIG and business opportunities for them with these institutions.
  • Convince them to join as advisors or agency partners.
  • Complete documentation, training, schedule exams, and complete onboarding.
  • Help them commence their initial business.
  • Create daily content for digital marketing and post on social media platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Finance, wealth management, and insurance industry awareness.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry or market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
