Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst.

  • Support clients in the REIT / Real Estate Industry, leveraging expertise in multiple sectors including General Industrials & Industrial Services, Consumers, Retail, and Oil & Gas.
  • Develop and audit financial models for multifamily, office, industrial, and retail asset classes, focusing on operating and non-operating cash flow modeling, levered and debt cash flow, JV & waterfall.
  • Create Argus valuation models for single properties and portfolios, including lease abstracting, review, and audit, as well as performing cash flow and rent roll analysis.
  • Apply various valuation approaches to commercial real estate properties, such as income capitalization (DCF & direct capitalization), sales comparison, and cost approach.
  • Model REIT income statements and balance sheets, understanding revolver, interest expense & circularity, and future development, FFO & CAD.
  • Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, and discussion documents for various industries.
  • Conduct M&A deal runs and target screenings using databases like Greenstreet, RCA, Argus, Costar, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket, FactSet.

Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results to ensure client satisfaction.

Ensure quality control of outgoing reports and packs, structuring deliverables, and developing new research products.

Foster strong relationships with clients, assess their information needs, and manage expectations effectively.
