Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

  • Maintain accurate records of asset-related data, including property information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
  • Organize and store asset-related documents, such as property deeds, lease agreements, and insurance policies.
  • Prepare reports on asset performance, including budget variance, Insurance and Lease status, Tickets/maintenance activity, shared drive updation.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings with PM, FM, identifying Contractors, procuring work scopes, quotes etc.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset-related data.
  • Document Retrieval: Ensure timely retrieval of asset-related documents.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on asset performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent administrative support to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
