Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other assets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects.
  • Monitor and ensure timely payment of third-party vendor bills and mortgages.
  • Oversee insurance coverage and claims management for all properties.
  • Tenant Lease Management and Billing:
  • Enter lease agreement details and rent schedules into our software system.
  • Communicate effectively with management and tenants regarding billing and lease-related matters.
  • Process tenant deposits and apply payments as needed.
  • Assist in auditing and collecting aged receivables from tenants.
  • Cash Flow Reporting and Analysis:
  • Gather and populate data into cash flow spreadsheets.
  • Review general ledger entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze leasing projections and activity for optimization.
  • Contribute to preparation of lender and investor reports.
  • Lease Administration and Tenant Relations:
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure lease compliance, documentation, and renewal negotiations.
