Job Title: IT Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT asset management specialist to join our team. As an ITAM specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions with a focus on sales and order management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business needs and functional requirements.
  • Design and tailor ServiceNow solutions to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Analyze gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • A good understanding of sales and order management processes followed in organizations.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow SOM module as per organizations' SOM process.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
