Job Title: Asset Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Asset Performance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of assets across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing Power BI reports and create new dashboards as required, utilizing various data sources.
  • Participate in the preparation of quarterly business reviews, coordinating with various departments, including finance, operations, and strategy.
  • Steer the management of prudential regulatory ratios, ensuring compliance with both local and global requirements.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis on the balance sheet and synthesize insights to support decision-making.
  • Update policies and procedures in alignment with organizational directives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, DAX, and SQL is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated team player characteristics with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
