Treasury & Trade Banking Sales Leader

We seek an experienced sales professional to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, driving growth through our Treasury-as-a-service platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities among MSMEs and MNCs, navigating the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and client retention.
  • Client Solutions: Provide strategic guidance to clients on managing currency and rate market exposure through our treasury platform.
  • Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption of our Treasury-as-a-service platform at the city level.
  • Treasury Expertise: Share operational knowledge in foreign exchange, treasury, and corporate borrowings with the team to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring retention and upselling through unique value propositions and advisory services.
  • Account Management: Lead large account management, focusing on business relationship development, efficient delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a sales team to expand into the network of MSMEs and corporates that could partner with our platform.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, with expertise in treasury, foreign exchange, commercial borrowings, and/or trade.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • A well-established network of corporates and MSMEs.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
