Required Skills:

MIS Frameworks:

  • Design MIS frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs, focusing on private equity sector.
  • Review control mechanisms, establish critical KPIs, perform gap analysis.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking.
  • Analyze financial data, develop financial models, provide industry insights into key financial ratios and KPIs.

Deal Execution & Transaction Support:

  • Assist clients in integrations, separations and carve-outs, including planning and managing Day 1 Activities for seamless transitions.
  • Support deal execution by providing timely data analysis, financial modeling and decision-making insights.
  • Stay updated on relevant updates that impact deal situations.

Program and Project Management:

  • Lead functional workstreams, conduct interviews and workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement services effectively.
  • Develop project plans, identify risks and issues, work with the team and client to create mitigation actions.
  • Oversee Integration/Separation Office, including project tracking, updating stakeholders and preparing status reports.

Client Engagement:

  • Facilitate interactions with senior client representatives, providing status updates, gathering feedback and aligning deliverables with client objectives.
