Designation: Enterprise Sales Account Manager
Education: Post graduation required
Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales from Telecommunication field
Location: Hyderabad
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive Leased line and SME Sales & ARPU targets for our Enterprise Business vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management with high-level client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit annual sales plans and budgets covering Bandwidth, Leased Lines, Geographic Spread of Corporate Clients, Sales Manpower plan and projected revenues
- Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan
- Daily tracking and maintenance of compliance against sales plan
- Submit MIS to management in the approved format and decided periodicity
- Conduct reviews of Enterprise Business team on periodic basis
- Conduct sales trainings for Enterprise Business and build b2b capabilities in the team
- Coordinating with operations Team on day-to-day basis and streamlining the running processes in terms of Activities TAT and feasibility check etc
- Submit periodic market intelligence report to group EB head on Market trend, Contemporary Products and Competitors practices
- Conduct periodic market assessment of customer satisfaction to draw plans to address areas of concern for ensuring customer retention
- Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches
- Assume administrative control for Enterprise Business Vertical
- Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Enterprise Business Vertical
- Maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company and adherence of the SLAs
- Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding Dept. vision, Processes and policies
- Analyzing the market potential, universe of b2b market, database and funnel build up Vertical wise focus of the business across the business and providing the right solution as per the requirement marketing plans and campaigns for EB business
Requirements:
- Highest Qualification: Post graduation
- Must be having an overall experience of 5 years
- Must be having Relevant experience of B2B Sales from Telecommunication field
- Must have experience in Internet Leased Line Sale
