About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at CareerPaths. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and process optimization in a SaaS-based company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong partnerships with Sales and Account Management teams to drive business objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Biz Ops, Product, R&D, and Customer Success to support Bluevine business goals
  • Partner with Sales Management to oversee day-to-day process execution and adherence to policies, identify problems, recommend corrective actions
  • Manage sales compensation design and administration
  • Monitor data hygiene and process consistency in Salesforce
  • Coordinate with Go-to Market teams on new sales initiatives and products
  • Provide departmental coordination for team inquiries, ad-hoc requests, and projects
  • Plan and execute tactical elements of Sales to enforce best practices and improve effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Sales Operations experience in a SaaS-based company
  • Salesforce proficiency with automation and declarative functionality
  • Experience managing Sales Compensation
  • Advanced knowledge of Sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, DialPad, Chorus, LeanData, Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions
  • Self-starter capable of independently managing multiple projects and priorities

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
