Director/VP of Sales for Semiconductor/VLSI : Job Description

To help drive the next phase of growth, we are looking for a Vice President of Sales and Business Development to drive growth in India and Asia-Pac. As a Vice President, you will be responsible for the strategy, growth, customer success and profitability for the region.
Responsibilities
- Target customers across India and Asia-Pacific and secure new business
- Develop a sustainable account strategy and account business plan
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet company goals and profitability
- Stakeholder management with proper mapping and networking of relevant influencer / stakeholder
- Build and nurture C-Level connect with named accounts
- Business Forecasting and Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets by maximizing extraction from named account, directly or within the ecosystem
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize revenue
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure. Use and access of related processes and tools to manage the sales forecast
- Collaborating and Co-working with internal groups and Practice Heads to explore the complete potential of services offerings
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology Background is preferred
- Experience on Semiconductor/VLSI.
- 10-15+ years experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in Account Management. A track record of success in major accounts management is be preferred
- Experience in the semiconductor services sector is a plus
- Key account management skills as well as strategic mindset with effective customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with internal and external partners of all levels
- Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellence in Presentation, Negotiation and Data analysis skills.
- Travel > 25%
