Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist

NetApp is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Level 2 Support team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting performance-related issues in enterprise storage environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve performance-related incidents in enterprise storage systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest storage technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in technical support or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of storage protocols and performance analysis tools.
  • NetApp Certified Support Engineer (NCSE) or other relevant storage certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

  • B.E/B. Tech or M.S in Computer Science or related technical field.
