As a key member of our instructional design team, you will drive training projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong project management skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

**Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer inputs and prepare questionnaires specific to each project.
  • Visualize end products based on approved learning solutions.
  • Develop high-level and low-level designs grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Create engaging game-based and simulation-based learning experiences.
  • Design microlearning and mobile learning content.
  • Establish project-specific standards and guidelines.
  • Craft storyboards for courses at various levels.
  • Review storyboards for instructional design, writing style, and interactivities.
  • Assess Alpha and Beta versions of learning assets.
  • Foster collaboration and communication with customers and project team members.
  • Provide guidance and support for project-related queries and solutions.
  • Mentor and coach IDs as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest instructional design processes and related fields.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in corporate or higher education settings.
  • The ability to create clear, concise, and grammatically correct content using standard writing styles.
