About the Role:

As a Learning Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for transforming customer experiences by consulting with clients, understanding their learning needs, and proposing tailored solutions. You will work closely with project leaders to create proposals and provide oversight throughout the delivery process. Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with clients while proactively growing accounts by identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Elicit information from clients regarding expectations, budgets, and constraints, then communicate this information to your team.
  • Analyze project scope to provide accurate size and effort estimates.
  • Ensure timely communication and workflow between production groups and support teams.
  • Review created artifacts from a client requirements perspective.
  • IDentify and analyze complex problems and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Nurture relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Mange multiple projects simultaneously across various accounts.
  • Forecast revenue and ensure compliance.
  • Drive key performance indicators (Schedule, Quality, Budget, Client Requirements, Contractual Obligations, etc.)
  • Negotiate project issues with clients within contractual and project-specific frameworks.
  • Proactively keep clients informed about progress, risks, and deviations, along with proposed solutions and contingency measures to prevent conflicts.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the online learning industry, delivering exceptional customer service to individuals and organizations.
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management within the learning industry.
  • Able to oversee large development teams.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI certification is highly desired.
