We are a leading educational services company based in Greater Noida, offering a range of programs and courses to students and professionals. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team.

**Job Overview**

This is a challenging role that requires strong accounting skills and attention to detail. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, including invoicing, e-invoicing, pending payments, import-export documentation, banking and accounting, balance sheet management, debit and credit note processing, payroll management, monthly debtors and creditors reconciliation, and banking reconciliation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle invoicing, e-invoicing, and processing of pending payments.
  • Manage import-export documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform banking and accounting tasks, including balance sheet management, debit and credit note processing, and payroll management.
  • Conduct monthly debtors and creditors reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with the Purchase team to schedule payments and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain knowledge of GST regulations and ensure accurate GST return filing.
  • Utilize Tally and other accounting software to manage financial transactions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Tally.
  • Familiarity with GST regulations and return filing.
  • Experience with import-export documentation and banking reconciliation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
