Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit information from clients regarding their expectations, budgets, and other constraints, and communicate these to the team effectively.
  • Analyze the scope of work to provide accurate size and effort estimates that meet client requirements.
  • Proactively interface with other production groups and support teams to ensure timely information and workflow.
  • Review created artifacts from the perspective of mapping to client requirements, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Identify and analyze complex problems, reaching sustainable solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Govern multiple projects simultaneously, managing multiple accounts with ease.
  • Forecast revenue and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Drive project KPIs (Schedule, Quality, Budget, Client Requirements, Contractual Obligations) to achieve excellence.
  • Negotiate with clients on project issues within the framework of contractual and project-specific obligations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the online learning industry, providing exemplary customer service to individuals and organizations.
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management within the learning industry.
  • The ability to provide oversight to large development teams.
  • Effective leadership and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMI Certification is highly desired.
