About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Transformation Specialist with expertise in e-learning to lead end-to-end content development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project deliverables, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit client expectations, budgets, and constraints to effectively communicate project scope to the team.
  • Analyze project scope to provide accurate size and effort estimates.
  • Collaborate with production groups and support teams for seamless workflow and information exchange.
  • Review project artifacts to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • IDentify and resolve complex problems through sustainable solutions.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various accounts.
  • Forecast revenue and maintain compliance.
  • Drive project KPIs (Schedule, Quality, Budget, Client requirements, Contractual obligations etc)
  • Negotiate project issues with clients within contractual and project-specific frameworks.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and deviations to clients along with proposed solutions & contingency measures.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 7+ years of experience in online learning, providing exceptional customer service
  • 4+ years of project management experience in the learning industry
  • Able to lead large development teams
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMI Certification is highly desirable
