We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive - IT Solutions Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through various channels and techniques, resulting in significant revenue growth.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to establish strong professional relationships.
- Maintain and update CRM software with accurate client information and notes, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our cutting-edge IT solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's continued success.
- Provide ongoing post-sales support and customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitor activities to remain ahead of the curve.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in negotiation is mandatory, with a proven track record in lead generation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is essential, with strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for building ongoing client relationships.
- A comprehensive knowledge of IT products and services is required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
