Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Services Sales Executive at HIRING STREET, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the insurance industry.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • New Business Pursuit: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance market.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit a team of high-quality insurance advisors and train them with the help of the L&D team.
  • Productivity and Business Segments: Ensure and maintain productivity levels and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy.
  • Marketing Plans: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to support sales efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Requires proven experience as a Financial Services Sales Executive with a good comprehension of insurance plans.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and goal-oriented with excellent skills in communication and presentation.
