Job Description

The Cluster Development Manager will be responsible for driving market development, expanding brand visibility, and developing the customer base.

They will enhance influencer engagement, strengthen relationships with contractors, architects, and key stakeholders, and ensure sales growth through effective strategies.

The role also involves optimizing market intelligence, gathering and analyzing market trends to drive business decisions, and supporting training & development of contractors and partners on products and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate demand by network expansion and meet sales targets consistently.
  2. Architect & Contractor Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and establish strong connections.
  3. Site Visits & Funnel Development: Generate and track leads from site visits.
  4. Funnel Value Tracking: Monitor the pipeline to optimize conversion rates.
  5. Market Development Initiatives: Organize industry meets to strengthen engagement.
  6. Corrective Action Implementation: Address underperforming primary partners/products in alignment with HO and product managers.
  7. Influencer Connect: Drive increased participation in key influencer programs.
  8. Activity Reporting: Provide structured updates to managers and HO on a regular basis.
  9. Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and share relevant insights about the assigned market.
  10. Execution & Monitoring of Market Activities: Work closely with RSM/ASM to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
  11. Contractor Training & Development: Lead training sessions to enhance contractor skill sets and loyalty.

Education (Preferred Degree):

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
