Job Role: Lead Commercial Business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and collaborate with key decision-makers from various industries for expansion or new construction requirements.
  • Develop business strategies and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Travel to client locations for product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil, construction, or architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills and minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, construction sales, or partnership management.
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
  • Experience in business management strategies and planning.
