Business Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a senior professional to spearhead customer acquisition through our referral program.
This role will be part of the organic growth marketing team and will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and scale the largest channel of new customer acquisitions, optimizing overall cost efficiency.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies for the referral program, focusing on customer retention and loyalty.
- Analyse metrics to improve conversion rates and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Assess industry trends to maintain competitive advantage in referral programs.
- Implement personalized multi-channel communication (email, in-app, push, WhatsApp) to boost awareness and engagement.
- Create and optimize nurturing journeys through the funnel to improve lead rates, referrals, and reviews.
- Enhance app flows to improve user experience, engagement, and conversions.
- 5-8 years of experience working in large-scale growth operations with a focus on referrals.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive growth performance of a referral program.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, and messaging platforms like Gupshup, Kaleyra.
- Passionate about customer insight, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting skills.
