We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Digital Sales Expert to drive lead generation and handle follow-ups on Digital DIY inquires via email and phone.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date CRM records and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. To excel in this role, the Digital Sales Expert should be results-driven, persuasive, and committed to reaching targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities are key for success.

As a Digital Sales Expert, you will generate qualified meetings with relevant stakeholders from assigned lists of accounts or industry GTM campaigns. You will bucketize accounts and execute campaigns based on micro-verticals/sub-industry segments.

You will work closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to collate and create required content for presentations in prospect meetings. Understanding customer needs and requirements is crucial, and you will work with sales to take it further into the sales cycle.

Achieving quarterly and yearly ACV revenue booking targets is essential. Researching relevant accounts based on buying intent, identifying key accounts, and generating interest by qualifying according to BANT criteria are critical tasks.

Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within assigned accounts and campaigns is also important.

To succeed as a Digital Sales Expert, you will need to have an educational and professional background in the IT services industry. Proven inside sales experience in selling IT services in different vertical industries or freshers with relevant understanding of the industry domain and IT services are preferred.

A track record of over-achieving quarterly and yearly ACV booking targets or the intention to achieve these targets is necessary. Building conversations with dozens of prospects via calls, emails, and other means every day to get meetings is a key responsibility.

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Being proactive and thinking out of the box to bring creative ideas for prospecting is essential.

In addition, strong listening, presentation, and analytical skills are necessary.
