Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation Sales Expert to join our Inside Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth in the digital transformation world by leveraging modern technology and programmatic sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Growth: Execute on market-qualified leads, prospect within existing accounts, and target new logos to drive pipeline growth and revenue conversion.
  • Sales Career Development: Start or progress your career in software sales with a focus on digital transformation technologies, including CAD, PLM, IoT, and Augmented Reality.
  • International Team Collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues from APAC, engaging with current and future PTC customers in a multicultural environment.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Execute marketing-qualified leads and prospect in existing accounts.
  • Account-based prospecting: Prospect and develop new accounts while engaging with existing ones.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors to work on customer accounts.
  • Create and progress opportunities through the sales process.
  • Qualify inbound leads and develop strong sales campaigns.
  • Assist in demo execution with presales teams in your region.
  • Engage actively with prospects and customers via social platforms like LinkedIn and other digital tools.
  • Work with cross-functional groups, including Marketing, Solution Consultants, Partners, and Customer Success.
  • Metric-driven performance based on pipeline impact.

Requirements:

  • College degree with strong academic performance.
  • English language skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
