- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience in contract negotiation and closing complex deals.
- Deep understanding of consulting services and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
