Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead Lean Six Sigma and Digital Transformation projects with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI in the domains of Supply Chain and/or Finance.

Main Responsibilities

This role requires a deep understanding of Supply Chain and/or Finance (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) fundamentals, process improvement methodologies, and the ability to harness cutting-edge technologies to drive impactful change. You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Developing a comprehensive roadmap for driving lean digital transformation and process improvement for our clients' core and enterprise operations.
  • Digital Transformation Planning: Creating Point of Views and Art of the Possible assessments, leveraging Digital, Analytics, and Process Re-engineering/re-imagination to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Project Leadership: Leading digital-led transformation projects for the business, individually completing 2-3 high-impact projects annually while adhering to certification guidelines.
  • Program Management: Managing cross-functional teams and multiple project leads to ensure the timely delivery of results, with a specific focus on scouting and implementing AI and ML-related initiatives.
  • Business Process Management: Implementing and overseeing business process management systems for clients, across the 4 pillars of people, process, policy, and technology.
  • Lean Digital Transformation: Driving the adoption of Lean Digital Transformation principles and in-house technologies, including training, testing, certification, and the leadership of any other analytics and productivity initiatives.
  • Mentorship: Coaching and mentoring Project Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean projects, with upskilling initiatives in the latest technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with operating teams to deliver key SLAs, productivity commitments, risk mitigation, and other critical business outcomes. Building relationships with stakeholders to diversify Genpact's engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establishing a governance framework and facilitating ongoing discussions regarding continuous improvement with clients and internal partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum qualification of an MBA in Finance.
  • Preferred qualifications include Certified Project Manager/Black Belt with expertise in Lean Six Sigma and demonstrated experience in implementing AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects within Finance domains.
