About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our X Operate team, you will work closely with consulting teams to support and maintain software analytical projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to leverage analytical methodologies to deliver value to BCG's clients, consulting (case) teams, and practice areas through providing analytics subject matter expertise and accelerated execution support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain analytical solutions serving client needs and make ideate/implement improvements on current setups to ensure robustness of the data ecosystem.
  • Provide technical support through deeper understanding of relevant data analytics solutions and processes to build high-quality and efficient analytic solutions.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders such as project/case teams and clients by acting as a thought partner to support clients in realizing the power of strategic AI solutions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in cloud computing, enterprise software architecture, and digital transformation. Your excellent Python coding skills, understanding of best practices, frameworks such as Django and Flask, and proficiency in JavaScript (React JS, Node JS, Vue JS, etc.) will enable you to design and develop scalable and secure solutions.

You should also have experience in DevOps implementation across the full stack cycle, end-to-end experience in code, deploy, manage, and monitor for enterprise solutions, and strong database skills in Snowflake, Azure, SQL server. Proficiency in version control tools such as GitHub is essential.

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology or equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing role are required. Experience in Big Data, Apache Hadoop, Spark, Scala, PySpark, Amazon S3, and R would be considered a plus.

As a Digital Transformation Expert at Boston Consulting Group, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
