Job Summary
Mango Financial Advisors LLP is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Real Estate Deal Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing deals and generating business across the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing deals and identifying opportunities for real estate developer funding
- Defining and aligning the target universe
- Key account management for revenue and referrals
- Handling the transaction lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years of experience working with banks or NBFCs in the real estate space or SME/midmarket banking
- A management qualification from a Category A institute
- Excellent networking, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments and who have excellent multitasking and independent working skills.
