We seek an accomplished recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes for mid-to-senior level positions. This role demands strong stakeholder management, the ability to deliver results within defined timelines, and a thorough understanding of talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment cycles for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend hiring needs, role specifications, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and regular touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (Time-to-A-Hire, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills utilizing social media, headhunting, and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
