About this Opportunity:

  • As a seasoned Team Lead with at least 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to achieve performance targets, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals, building strong relationships with clients, providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members, and ensuring adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters.
  • You will also stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends, demonstrating your ability to lead and motivate high-performing recruitment teams, while comfortably working in night shifts aligned to US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements and exceed performance targets.
  2. Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based Engineering roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across multiple clients and industries, fostering strong relationships with clients and delivering high-quality candidates.
  3. Manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure individual and team success.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  5. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms, with excellent knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with a flexible mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
