Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Own the recruitment function, mentor and coach the team to hire the best talent, set hiring targets based on business plans, review hiring status, and publish timely reports to clients.
  • Vendor Management: Develop the overall recruitment strategy, manage vendors, finalize candidates, offer negotiation, and ensure salaries are within pay bands.
  • Senior Leadership Hiring: Oversee the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, guide and mentor HR teams on trainee hiring, and lead bulk hiring processes.
Experience & Skills:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruitment Lead/Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, team management, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

Preferred qualifications include international recruitment experience, outstanding interpersonal and negotiating abilities, and conflict-resolution skills. Minimum requirements include experience in HR, 8-12 years of Human Resources Management experience, knowledge of HRMS tools, and a lead/manager role with MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputable university.
