About Talent Acquisition Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in India.

This role will focus on building a high-performing workforce that embodies our university's values and fuels its growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education landscape and networks across institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Create engaging and seamless recruitment journeys for candidates.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize processes.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support the people agenda and foster collaboration, morale, productivity, and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience in managing talent acquisition portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Proven track record of building high performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
