We are seeking a seasoned hiring professional to lead our data analytics recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Talent Acquisition specialists and driving the strategy for attracting top talent in the field of data analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

Team Management

- Recruit, lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals

- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables

Recruitment Deliverables

- Develop sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels - agencies, job boards, referrals, campaigns basis generic, niche & super niche skills we hire

- Serve as a trusted business partner to the GCoE Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation with TA function

Process Adherence and Efficiency

- Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights

- Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates

Training and Development

- Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs

- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth

Requirements:


• 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring (particularly Actuarials, Catastrophic roles) and some understanding of analytics front (catastrophic modelling, etc)


• Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory


• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring


• Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends


• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment


• Project management experience is a plus

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field
