
Retention Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Retention Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have experience in churn management, user reactivation, and save strategies, ideally within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing proactive, multi-channel campaigns to prevent user churn and reactivate lapsed listeners.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with the data team to leverage predictive models and analysis to identify listeners showing signs of disengagement or a high risk of churning.
- Directly engage with at-risk users through surveys and interviews to uncover the root causes of dissatisfaction.
- Develop and execute proactive, multi-channel campaigns triggered by at-risk behavior.
- Craft irresistible win-back hooks that go beyond generic discounts.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Act as the key feedback loop to the Product and Content teams.
- 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies.
- Strong proficiency with SQL for independent analysis and experience with product analytics tools.
- Direct experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
