Customer Success Associate

The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for managing overall relationships with assigned clients, overseeing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include meeting with upsell/cross-sell targets, establishing a trusted strategic advisor relationship, and maintaining customer success strategies and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills, as well as analytical and process-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, building trust and rapport, identifying areas of opportunity, and documenting best practices.
- Review the customer journey, identifying how it's supported, and take a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time.
- Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize upcoming client meetings with team members.
- Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for clients to demonstrate performance of campaigns.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to develop customer references, case studies, testimonials, and other required marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success, a strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
