Business Strategy Leader

Job Overview:

The Business Strategy Leader plays a pivotal role in aligning human resource initiatives with business objectives, fostering growth and productivity.


This position ensures a healthy organizational culture, legal compliance, and effective workforce management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes HR strategies that support long-term business goals, driving success and innovation.
  • Conducts workforce planning and succession mapping to ensure optimal talent acquisition and utilization.
  • Partners with leadership on organizational design and change management to promote adaptability and resilience.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Oversight of end-to-end recruitment, selection, and hiring processes to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
  • Designs and implements effective onboarding programs for seamless integration, ensuring new hires are productive quickly.
  • Builds strategic partnerships to develop strong employer branding, leveraging social media and other channels to reach a wider audience.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Addresses employee grievances and mediates conflicts professionally, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Fosters a performance-driven work culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Launches engagement surveys and action plans based on feedback, promoting continuous improvement and growth.

Performance Management & Development:

  • Leads annual and quarterly performance appraisal cycles, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to think strategically. They should be able to drive results-oriented solutions, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred. Proven success in leading teams and influencing senior-level stakeholders is essential for this role.
