We are seeking a visionary Livelihood Program Strategist to spearhead our rural livelihoods initiatives in Punjab.

The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive, scalable, and inclusive income opportunities for rural communities, leveraging their expertise in rural development, management, social work, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sustainable livelihood strategies aligned with the organization's vision and Punjab's socio-economic realities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and design income-generating opportunities for rural communities.
  • Develop models that can scale across Punjab, ensuring long-term community ownership and integration of technology, digital literacy, and market linkages.
  • Lead end-to-end program design, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Forge partnerships with government agencies, CSR donors, foundations, corporates, and local NGOs to expand livelihood interventions.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to co-create and co-design programs, promoting a culture of innovation, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous learning.

Impact & Learning:

  • Establish strong impact measurement frameworks to track program KPIs and document best practices, case studies, and learnings for scaling and replication.
