About the Job

As a seasoned HR professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human capital strategies that align with our organization's overall business objectives.

  • You will lead HR planning processes, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Manage and lead performance management processes.
  • Handle payroll processing.
  • Act as a key point of contact to managers and staff regarding HR policies & procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an HR Head role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
