Drive User-Centered Design Solutions

Imagine leading the vision, strategy, and execution of user-centered design solutions for retail convenience consumer technology in a fast-paced environment.

This role will oversee the end-to-end design process from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business impact across digital and physical touchpoints.

You will partner closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and innovative design solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations in convenience retail environments.

  • Design Leadership: Define and execute the design vision and strategy for retail convenience consumer tech, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and content professionals.
  • Design Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and innovative design solutions.
  • User-Centric Innovation: Champion user research and data-driven design, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations in convenience retail environments.

Familiarity with tools such as Figma & Sketch is preferred.
