Project Director

The role of Project Director is a dynamic position that requires exceptional leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. As part of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of projects within a specific vertical, reporting directly to the Associate Director.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a solid foundation in project management who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in project management, with exposure to creative or agency environments.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.
