Job Title: Sales Service Expert
- Greet consumers and offer support upon arrival at the counter, ensuring a positive first impression.

- Display jewelries and other available products in an attractive manner, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Entice customers to purchase their desired items, leveraging your sales skills to drive revenue growth.
- Discuss store services and products, educating customers about our offerings and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Provide consumers with necessary jewelry information, including pricing breakdowns and product details, to empower informed purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrate product use and operation, showcasing the value proposition of each item.
- Advise customers on suitable jewelry options within their budget, while also providing information on different cuts, quality, design language, and specifications, to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist with wrapping and bagging of purchased items, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
- Acquire customer details and create a customer code, facilitating future interactions and loyalty programs.
- Provide cashier with pricing data and product weights, streamlining the payment process and reducing errors.
- Simplify the payment process for customers after each purchase, ensuring a hassle-free checkout experience.
- Update store records into software systems if available, maintaining accurate sales records and driving business insights.
- Assume full responsibility for assigned counter duties, delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance expectations.
- Report to Store Manager for daily activities and any additional needs, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Perform additional tasks as per designation requirements, adhering to high customer satisfaction levels and company policies, to drive business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in any stream, demonstrating your academic credentials.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, showcasing your understanding of effective service delivery.
- Understanding of sales principles, highlighting your ability to drive revenue growth.
- Relevant product knowledge, ensuring you can effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments, demonstrating your relevant work history.
