Job Title

A leading retail organization seeks a seasoned Retail Trainer to spearhead the training and development of store teams. The successful candidate will possess excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.

About the Role
  • This role involves conducting engaging workshops on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques, as well as providing real-time feedback to employees.
  • You will work closely with store managers and champions to onboard new hires and assist in leadership development.
  • Track training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as net promoter score (NPS), conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular store visits and training audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching.
  • Deep knowledge of customer service, sales psychology, and product positioning.
  • Strong ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions.
  • PASSION for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage, inspire, and guide retail associates at different skill levels.
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores within the assigned region.
